Our building is old, beautiful and unfortunately therefore not the easiest to get around.

Please read the following about our two venues before visiting should you have any mobility issues.

Mansion House: Disabled access to the main mansion house can be found to the right-hand side of the building where you will find a ramp in place of stairs. When in the hotel please note there are no toilets on the ground floor. Access to the disabled toilet is via the outside of the building, there is no access within the building itself. Access to all bedrooms is upstairs, we have no lifts in our Grade 1 listed building.

Marquee:  The marquee can be reached by going via the side of the mansion house which does encounter the use of stairs. If the steps are a challenge for any guests, a buggy can be provided if requested before your arrival. Cars can also be driven to the marquee but access via car may be impeded due to weather. Please check before arriving if it is suitable to drive to the marquee. Please also note that there are toilets in the marquee but there aren’t any disabled toilets. Toilets in the marque are accessible via ramp with a small ridge into the cubicle itself.

If you are planning on joining us at Broome Park and have any issues with access, please make the team aware before your arrival and we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and as easy as possible.
